Will I be charged extra if I carry more items than what has been discussed on the day of the move?

Everything should be mentioned clearly in your booking request. Usually, drivers are flexible and won’t be against carrying extra items but if there are too many extra items, there is a likelihood that they may not fit in their vehicle. In case this happens we do our best to help by providing a bigger van or splitting the items into two different vans but you will be charged extra for it. 

Hence, we highly recommend you show transparency when booking a moving request to avoid running into any last-minute trouble on the day of your move.
