If a task requires extra supplies beyond the basic toolkit, who pays for it?

When a client pays for hourly prices, it already includes all the equipment required for the task (which should be discussed with the client before confirming the booking). 

If you do not have the equipment for a particular task (or you cannot finish the task) then the job will be considered incomplete and you won't get paid. 

Please always make sure you have all the equipment required for your task ready in advance.
