🔹 1. Preparation & Demolition

- Remove old cabinets, worktops, tiles, and fixtures

- Disconnect water, drain, and electrical points safely

- Clean, level, and prepare walls/floors; remove grease, dust, and loose material
​
- Protect floors, doors, and nearby furniture

🔹 2. Carpentry & Cabinetry

- Install new base/wall cabinets, shelves, and plinths

- Level, align, and secure units; fit hinges, handles, and soft‑close hardware
​
- Cut and install worktops (laminate, wood, or composite)
​
- Build small storage solutions or paneling as needed

🔹 3. Painting & Surface Finishing

- Degrease, fill holes/cracks, sand smooth, and prime walls
​
- Apply 2 coats of washable interior paint (client provides paint or supplied)
​
- Paint ceiling, trim, and cabinet frames if requested

🔹 4. Tiling & Waterproofing

- Lay floor tiles and wall tiles / backsplash

- Grout, seal joints, and apply waterproofing around wet areas
​
- Fix loose or cracked existing tiles

🔹 5. Plumbing & Sealing

- Install/connect sink, mixer tap, siphon, and waste lines
​
- Seal all penetrations (pipes, drains) with PU foam + silicone
​
- Apply sanitary silicone around sink, worktop edges, and backsplash
​
- Minor repairs to water supply/drainage pipes

🔹 6. Final Finishing & Clean‑Up

- Check all fittings, test water flow and drainage

- Touch‑up paint, remove dust, and clean the whole area
​
- Leave kitchen ready for use
