Can Service Providers see my phone number, email or address?
Service Providers receive your phone number and email address after you send them an official booking request via platform and they accept it. We highly recommend that you keep all the communication through the Moovick Messenger App. There's also very limited need to exchange any personal contact information because the in-app chat features allow Service Providers to contact you directly on the app. We recommend you don't exchange personal contact details with your Service Provider unless absolutely necessary.
