Can I get a refund for my Moovick Platform paid package?
- One-Time Package: Since it's a single-use purchase, refunds are not available after activation.
- Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions: We understand that plans might change. If you cancel within 7 days of your subscription start date, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. After 7 days, refunds are not provided.
