How It Works:
Our AI assistant - MoovAI, strives to make your experience on Moovick as seamless as possible. That’s why we created HOT DEAL! This offer aims to provide you with cost-effective services. Let us explain how everything works:
Task Posting:
When you reach the final step of posting your task, you'll have the option to activate our “HOT DEAL” special limited-time offer.
Hot Deal Activation: Simply click on the "Activate offer" button to take advantage of this deal. With this offer, you'll only need to pay a small amount upfront while booking, which could be around 10-30% including taxes. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the service.
Payment Process: Upon clicking "Activate offer" you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe payment page. Here, you'll need to pay the upfront fee. Once the payment is completed, you'll be redirected back to MoovAI assistant - either to the main site or the app, on the "My Tasks > In Progress" page.
Service Provider Matching: Once your payment is confirmed, MoovAI assistant will receive a notification and begin searching for a suitable service provider for your move. This process will take a maximum of one working day. Once a service provider is assigned, you will be promptly informed via email, along with their contact details.
Alternative Option: If you prefer not to activate the special offer, you can proceed with the usual task posting process. Simply click the "Post task" button without activating the offer, and service providers will receive notifications and send you proposals as usual.

- Payment Terms: By activating the special offer, you agree to pay a small amount upfront while booking, which could be between 10-50% including taxes, with the rest due on the day of the move.
The first part of the payment will be through the system, to book the task.
For the second part of the payment, you will be contacted directly by Moovick customer support via email with the reservation process and payment link to book the service provider.
The final part of the payment will be paid to the service provider on the day of the task. - Service Matching: MoovAI assistant will attempt to match you with a suitable service provider based on your task requirements. If no provider is found, you will be informed via Email along with the reason and alternate options.
- Refund Policy: If a suitable service provider cannot be found, the upfront payment will be refunded in full. Cancellations after a provider has been assigned incur our standard Cancellation fee. Please also read Payment Policy at Moovick
- Offer Validity: This special offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at MoovAI’s discretion. It is valid only in selected regions and for specific services.
- User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate task details to facilitate effective matching with service providers. Users are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in task requirements after the service provider has been assigned.
- The offer from MoovAI strictly excludes any materials. The client must purchase the materials or reimburse the service provider based on actual bills.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied in the Hot Deal promotion, as they are already discounted.
