What happens if the driver is late or delivery is delayed?

Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or cross-border logistics.

As long as the Service Provider keeps you informed, pickup delays of up to 6 hours and delivery delays of up to 48 hours are within the acceptable range.

If your Service Provider becomes unreachable at any point, please contact Moovick Customer Support team support@moovick.com immediately so we can assist.
