What if the travel companion does not show up?
Firstly, our sincere apologies to you for the hassle. Your payment remains in our escrow account till you and the travel companion confirm that you've completed the journey together. If the travel companion does not show up, you will be refunded accordingly.
Additionally, you can leave them a review so that other travelers will be warned before they book a service with this travel companion. This review will show up on the travel companion’s profile.
