When do I get charged for the service?

After your request is accepted by the Traveler, we will charge you for the booking. This money is held in our escrow account until the task is completed. 

Once the Traveler has completed the task they will mark it as “Completed” and you will be notified. 

After that you have 24 hours to mark the task as “Completed” or raise any complaints, in case you have any. If you do not take any action within those 24 hours Moovick will pay the Traveler their earnings from the escrow account.
