We make sure that all our travelers are 100% reliable. You can also see that through their ratings & reviews. Since the existence of Moovick, none of our clients have ever faced any last-minute cancellations. 

But we’re all humans and we all get personal emergencies sometimes. We will try our best to find you an alternate traveler to deliver your items. Please note that it all depends on the availability of a traveler in your desired time period and location.
