Since Moovick is not a courier service, it’s up to you and the traveler to decide a time and place to meet.

For deliveries by road :

It is highly likely that the traveler will be transporting a bulky item, which in most cases requires a traveler to visit the client's place for the pickup.

For deliveries by air :

There are 3 ways to send someone's parcel through the Moovick platform :

1) Traveler buys the products on your behalf and brings them.

2) Receiver order the product through an online shop (like amazon etc.) to the traveler's place 

3) A friend or relative of the receiver drops the parcel off to the traveler

Of course, we always stress that the first 2 ways are highly secured and most popular among the travelers as they know the exact contents of the parcel.

Regarding the 3rd way, it's obvious that no one can make a guarantee about a prepacked package and so we at Moovick also recommend to a sender not to use this method.
