You can chat with your clients through the Moovick Messenger App and discuss the requirements of the task with them before the journey. This way, you will know the expectations of the task upfront. You will most likely be required to accompany your client through security, customs, and baggage claim, help them with any language issues and guide them through gates and terminals.
You are not required to provide any medical assistance. Think of it as assisting with tasks that you normally go through while traveling.
