Deactivating or Deleting
2.1. How do I deactivate or delete my account?
To delete your account:
- Go to Profile > Settings > Change Info
- Click on Delete Account
2.2. Why can’t I delete my account?
For the protection of all transactions on our website, we have implemented a few rules for deleting an account. You cannot delete your account at least 24 hours after the completion of your last task. In addition, you cannot delete your account if you have any existing orders which are in progress.
2.3. Can Moovick deactivate my account?
Moovick may limit, suspend or delete your account, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions
