Can I cancel a booking after making the payment?

The cancellation for a booking after payment works in 3 ways:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the date of your task, you get a 100% refund minus taxes/fees.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the date of your task, you get a 50% refund minus taxes/fees.
  • If you cancel your booking on the date of your move - You do not get a refund.
