Do I need to pay if I stop the service halfway?
Yes, if the Service Provider has already arrived and started the task, you are required to compensate them for the work completed, as well as any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, materials, preparation time), in accordance with § 611 BGB (Service Contracts).
Additionally, Moovick’s platform fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable once the task has commenced, as our service—connecting Clients with Service Providers— is considered fulfilled when an agreement is made and communication begins.
