When do I get charged for a booking?
Basically, Moovick works like Airbnb or any other sharing economy platform. At first, when you book a service provider, we do not charge your credit card, but rather just block the amount (like you block as a security deposit while renting a car). Service providers upon receiving your booking request, can 'accept' or 'reject' it. Once they accept your request, your card will get charged. Now this money lies in the escrow account of Moovick which is released to them only after successful delivery of service - ONLY when you as a client mark the service 'Approved'.
In the process if there are any issues/conflicts etc. our support team is there to help you out and give an impartial judgment as service providers are not our employees but rather the individuals and companies who use our platform to offer their services.
After a service provider marks the service as ''Delivered'', you have 24 hours to mark the task as “Completed” or raise any complaints, in case you have any. If you do not take any action within those 24 hours Moovick will payout service providers their earnings from the escrow account.
